About Us:
Vinayak Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of Ayurvedic and herbal products under the Srishma brand. We are expanding our offline distribution network and looking for experienced Sales Managers to drive sales and market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and manage a network of distributors, retailers, and stockists.
✔ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Ayurvedic products.
✔ Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales executives.
✔ Plan and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
✔ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
✔ Maintain relationships with existing clients and acquire new ones.
✔ Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
🔹 Experience: 3+ years in Ayurvedic/Herbal/FMCG sales.
🔹 Education: Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
🔹 Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
🔹 Network: Must have a strong distributor & retailer network.
🔹 Availability: Willingness to travel extensively for market expansion.
