We are looking for an Amazon Account Manager to handle and optimize Amazon seller accounts, manage product listings, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Amazon PPC, SEO optimization, inventory management, and customer service to drive business growth and ensure account health.

An Amazon Account Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon seller accounts, ensuring smooth operations, increasing sales, and improving brand presence. The role involves handling product listings, PPC campaigns, inventory management, customer service, and data analysis to drive growth on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Amazon Account Management

  • Manage Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central accounts for optimal performance.
  • Monitor account health, performance metrics, and compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve suspensions, ASIN issues, and listing violations.

🔹 Product Listing & SEO Optimization

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings with high-ranking keywords.
  • Implement Amazon SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
  • Enhance listings using A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), and Amazon Brand Registry.

🔹 Amazon Advertising (PPC) & Promotions

  • Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  • Optimize ad performance through keyword research, bid adjustments, and A/B testing.
  • Develop and manage Amazon Deals, Coupons, and Lightning Deals for sales growth.

🔹 Inventory & Order Management

  • Track and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Handle FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) operations.
  • Forecast demand and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.

🔹 Sales Growth & Competitor Analysis

  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, keyword ranking, and product trends.
  • Implement strategies to increase Buy Box wins and drive higher revenue.

🔹 Customer Service & Review Management

  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.
  • Improve product ratings by encouraging positive reviews and addressing negative feedback.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and brand reputation management.

🔹 Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI on Amazon.
  • Use tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and Data Studio for insights.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to measure success and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years in Amazon account management, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
Amazon Expertise: Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central, PPC advertising, and SEO.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and SellerApp.
Marketing Knowledge: Experience in Amazon PPC, keyword research, competitor analysis, and brand optimization.
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve account health issues, listing suspensions, and customer concerns.
Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset to analyze sales trends and improve ROI on ads and promotions.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management:
    • Oversee and manage Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
    • Monitor account health, performance metrics, and resolve issues.
    • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
  2. Product Listing & Optimization:
    • Create and optimize product listings with compelling titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords.
    • Improve A+ Content and Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) for better conversions.
    • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic ranking.
  3. Advertising & Marketing:
    • Manage Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to optimize ad spend and ROI.
    • Create and analyze Sponsored Ads, Display Ads, and Video Ads.
    • Run promotions, deals, and coupons to boost sales.
  4. Inventory & Order Management:
    • Coordinate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
    • Manage FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) processes.
    • Forecast demand and plan restocking schedules.
  5. Sales & Revenue Growth:
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve conversion rates.
    • Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends.
    • Identify opportunities for expansion into new markets and categories.
  6. Customer Service & Reviews Management:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
    • Address negative feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Encourage positive reviews and manage brand reputation.
  7. Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze sales data, ad performance, and traffic reports.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Amazon account management, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central.
  • Expertise in Amazon PPC, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Amazon DSP and external traffic strategies.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content.
  • Knowledge of third-party tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa.
